Is it really Tuesday?

I don't know about you, but I really have a difficult time knowing what day of the week it is....perhaps because each day is so busy and one runs right into another.

We had happy horses out in the sunshine today!  In the left turnout, six out of the 8 horses were lying down basking in the sun (and some mud).  The burros, freed from their DRY stall, were once again out with Glory, Sinatra, Gypsy, and Solara, and were most happy to play around.

Harley, Deb's horse, is right next to the burro/horse turnout and is getting to know the horses there.  Sinatra is quite interested in her, and hopefully we will be able to easily integrate her into that herd.

Julie brought up her trailer so we could work with Eclipse on loading...Eclipse and Julie, and perhaps Amber, will be heading to their new home in New Mexico next week.  Eclipse has easily loaded into our two horse, but Julie's is quite different, not as tall and wide, so we hope we can convince her that it will be okay.  She is such a beautiful filly, and Julie will be a wonderful 'mom' for her.

 Wish us luck!
